- About Us -

At The Pool Store, we are dedicated to pool excellence and have been for over 20 years.

In the beginning, it was quite a learning curve, but we have steadily perfected the art of water chemistry along with high quality pool builds and reliable services.

Being family-owned and operated, once you are adopted into the pool store family (awesome customers only) we are delighted to welcome you into our teachings of pool excellence and guide you to a future of pool success.

We have a planet first approach with all of our pool dealings. Meaning that we heavily value our planet and do our best to ensure a lesser impact. In your case that means that we want to teach you how to make the most out of your chemicals, equipment, and liner!

- In The Store -

Judi & Kelli are experts in all things pool-related, with more than 30 years of pool knowledge between them.

At The Pool Store, we believe that water testing and balancing is an art form, and we consider ourselves old masters. We genuinely love the challenge of balancing difficult pools and the grace of balancing easy pools. We also love teaching, if you want to be the master of your own pool than The Pool Store is the place to be. We want you to learn how to make everything last longer and work happier.

For newbies who need extra teaching time, we ask that you please come first thing when we open or later before we close so that we can spend the extra time with you.

The store isn't just about chemistry, we are also pool part and plumbing gurus. Having been around the pool industry for many years there isn't a lot we haven't seen. And we are always happy to help problem solve your pool troubles.

We also offer a texting service for easy questions and quick assistance!

- In The Field -

Service, led by Derick, with over 16 years of industry experience and product knowledge, there isn't anyone more qualified to deal with any problem that your backyard might throw at you!

Derick has seen the most backyards of us all which has given him a high tuned understanding to assess and also foresee problems before damage becomes costly. He's very informative & can offer a temporary fix to get you by but is also fully trained in leak detection with dive certification if needed. He's a pro at liner installations and currently mastering liner measurements since the old school guys are all retiring.

We're proud of his skill set and the team that he leads. We have complete faith in his knowledge and problem solving skills/ assessments.

We ask that you book all service through the store for organization and priority purposes. Please do not contact Derick directly, unless directed to do so. If you abuse Derick's direct service number you will be blocked.

- on the job site -

Les Macpherson is head of construction with Jon Sciuto always by his side. When they start their build, they stay on task until that job is complete and the pool is swim ready!

Since Les is a master builder of everything, he enjoys challenges and is capable of building any backyard dream. He is a licensed Mill Wright and building pools is just one of his many talents. Jon is a perfectionist and is responsible for all the strenuous work which means he never cuts corners!

With each pool install, our final payment is collected upon completion. We then book Pool School and offer texting because we expect questions and stand behind our builds! We take pride in our work and enjoy extending the life of our builds....liners & equipment too since product knowledge and chemistry are all very important to the longevity of any pool.
